Duration: 6–8 sessions (over 3–6 months)

Session 3 – Build Integrity Actions. Build reliability with daily non-negotiables & small wins.

Session 4 – Communication & Transparency. Practice openness, active listening, and sharing decisions.

Session 5 – Empower & Include the Team. Delegate, co-create goals, and recognise contributions.

Session 6 – Reinforce & Sustain Trust. Review progress, celebrate wins, and embed daily trust practices.​​

Sessions 3 - Designing for Impact B Empowering and supporting implementation with fidelity.

Sessions 5 - Reflection, Reporting and Scaling Up. Evaluate goals achieved and communicate results.
