1. Not at all confident: You feel very limited in your ability to perform this leadership behaviour and are unsure how to approach it.

2. Slightly confident: You have some ability in this area but are inconsistent or hesitant.

3. Moderately confident: You can generally perform this behaviour, though not always with ease or reliability.

4. Very confident: You perform this behaviour competently and consistently, even in most challenging situations.

5. Extremely confident: You feel fully capable, resourceful, and effective in this area, including in complex or high-pressure situations
