Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our approach to refunds in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law

  • You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the service we provide is faulty, not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or does not match what was promised.

  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind, but we may allow rescheduling where possible.

 

Coaching Packages & Individual Sessions

​

  • Change of mind: No refunds are offered once a booking or package has been purchased.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

  • Service issues: If you believe a coaching session was not provided with due care and skill, please contact us so we can address the issue in line with your rights under the ACL.

 

Consultancy Contracts

​

  • Refunds are not provided for consultancy services once work has commenced, unless required under the ACL.

  • If the consultancy service does not meet the agreed scope or was not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

  • Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve them.
